wilbur-web
wilbur-web is a tiny package, accompanying wilbur-ext, for the Wilbur Semantic Web toolkit. It provides HTTP loading based on TRIVIAL-HTTP, which is particularly useful for SBCL, on which Wilbur's HTTP loading mechanism doesn't work.
