gtk-server

gtk-server is a scriptable interface to GTK+. It can be used over several communication channels: stdin, IPC, TCP, FIFO and UDP. In these modes, a program drives gtk-server to create the UI similar to how LTK drives "wish", the Tcl interpreter which in turn drives Tk.

gtk-server can also be built as a shared library which is callable from a Lisp FFI. Here's an example of the CLISP FFI calling into the gtk-server shared library: http://www.gtk-server.org/demo-lib.clisp.txt.
