ftp.linux.org.uk
ftp.linux.org.uk is a UK-hosted machine used by various Linux developers and assorted others, which hosts some CL stuff too. Specifically, it holds the tarballs for telent CLX, and also runs (ran) a cclan node. As of the end of August 2005 the service name was redirected to a different physical machine (was ZenII, is now ZenIV) and some of the Lisp packages there may be out of date until someone notices and uploads them again. CLX is now fixed, cclan probably not - though cclan is in an uncertain state right now anyway.
You may see DNS propagation issues (check that you're looking at zeniv not zenii)
as well.
Please note that the move has been planned for ages and the zeniv sysadmin team deserve absolutely none of the blame for any Lisp-related problems that may now be obsrerved. That's all my fault - Daniel Barlow
