Edit ``Education''
_(Education) means both teaching and learning Common Lisp. Here you may find tutorials, help, ideas, and guides on getting started with programming in Lisp.
_(Getting Started)_ helps newbies enter the world of common lisp.
The _(Online Tutorial) page has links to tutorials for both the beginner and the intermediate Lisper.
comp.lang.lisp
is an excellent place to get help with a programming problem, but if you ask about an obvious homework problem you'll be unmercifully chided, or helped in ways your teacher will least expect.
A less raucous place than comp.lang.lisp, the _(LispNewbies) mailing list is a good place to ask questions you're too embarassed to ask in public.
The
Dynamic Learning Center
provides sample code and learning tools for university professors and students.
Learning Lisp for CMPT 310
has material for third-year students at Simon Fraser University.
There is an
Allegro CL and Common Lisp code repository
.
Just Enough Molecular Biology for Computer Scientists
is a series of lessons on beginning computational biology in Lisp.
Searchable online documentation of Common Lisp and some of its libraries can be found at
lispdoc.com
