cljl

CLJL stands for Common Lisp JPEG Library. Obviously, it is a Graphics library implemented in ANSI Common Lisp that is capable to compress and decompress raster-images to/from the JPEG lossy image compression format.

CLJL was developed by Eugene Zaikonnikov with sponsorship by Kelly E. Murray. Is is hosted on common-lisp.net here .
