It supports CouchDb version 0.8 and newer, and it should be portable across Lisp implementations. It has currently been tested with SBCL on Linux (32bit/Fedora 8/Intel) and Leopard (64bit,Intel).
The library is released under a BSD style license which I hope will permissive enough to not present issues for most people.
