cl-glade was developed using Allegro CL (ACL) under FreeBSD/ELF. The "glade-transform" system is expected to be portable to any common lisp. The "gtk" system can currently only be expected to work with Allegro CL and on platforms with ELF and gcc.
clg can also load Glade interface files; if you're using CMUCL or CLISP, check that out too.
