amphipoLISP
amphipoLISP is a LISP dialect written in Java which is interpreted or compiled to Java bytecode. The main goal is not to be a complete Common Lisp implementation but to provide ways to write Java programs or parts of it using Lisp. There is only a interpreter by now, but a compiler is planned in near future.
There are builtin functions and lisp macros to provide a quick way to call java methods, to implement interfaces and to retrieve and store fields.
Development is still in its very beginnings but because it will be used soon for real projects there will be many additions in the next time.
It is licensed under the MPL.
You need Java 5 to compile the source code.
See Armed Bear Lisp for another CL implementation which runs on Java.
CLiki pages can be edited by anyone at any time. Imagine a fearsomely comprehensive disclaimer of liability. Now fear, comprehensively
