IPv6

IPv6 is the upcoming networking standard for the Internet. This seems to be in its infancy in the Common Lisp world. A first step could be to extend sb-bsd-sockets? in either SBCL or ECL for a proof-of-concept IPv6 implementation that can peacefully coexist with IPv4.
