GOO is a new type-based prefix syntaxed language that is simple, powerful and extensible.

A version of Goo that runs on .NET is available from Chris Double's Radio Weblog. It involved compiling the GOO C source using Managed C++. Perhaps a similar approach could be used to build a .NET Common Lisp (CLisp might be a good base to start from).
