Corman Lisp

Corman Lisp is a non-free Common Lisp implementation and development environment for Microsoft Windows operating systems running on Intel platforms.

Corman Lisp consists of a Common Lisp native code compiler for Intel processors, 80x86 assembler and disassembler, incremental linker and multi-window text editor. It requires a system running a Microsoft Windows operating system (such as Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows 2000), with at least an 80486 processor. It is fully integrated with the Win32 API, and all the Windows API functions are readily available from Lisp.

This text was stolen from Roger Corman's web site.

Note that Roger Corman also developed PowerLisp, a Lisp for the Macintosh to which he has released the sources. PowerLisp would be considered free by the DFSG.

It should be noted that Corman Lisp is free only for "personal, non-commercial" uses, which makes it non-free according to the DFSG, so at best marginally related to this site. Read the license for more information.

Notes:
1. Not available for Unix-like systems
2. Requires giving up a valid email address to get the download. Hello, spam!
2. a) I've never been spammed by Corman.
2. b) Problem easily solved in any case using a service like sneakemail.
3. It is not fully standard compliant (ie (user-homedir-pathname) and other things are missing) not even to run asdf or slime - Marko Kocic
